Job Description

Job Title: Data Management Executive

Location: Gurugram

Industry: Retail

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary Range: up to 5LPA

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Management Executive who can manage, analyze, and optimize data across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, build powerful reports, and automate processes to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting: Maintain data accuracy and structure across systems. Create insightful dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Automation & Optimization: Use advanced formulas (QUERY, INDEX-MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA) and Google Apps Script to automate and streamline workflows.
System Integration: Support and oversee Inventory (IMS), Facility (FMS), and Project Management Systems (PMS) to ensure seamless data flow and operational consistency.
Internal Tools: Manage Google Forms for data collection and design internal documentation portals using Google Sites.
Performance Monitoring: Track performance indicators, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members in automation and data best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in data management, analytics, or reporting roles.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Apps Script or JavaScript.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience with IMS, FMS, and PMS preferred.
