Data Management Associate

In this role at Chase UK, as a Use Case Governance specialist in the Office of the Chief Data Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient management of Data and AI/ML use case governance projects in alignment with internal policies and external regulations. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, driving project momentum, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in submissions and reviews throughout the use case development lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide guidance to ensure that data and AI/ML initiatives are developed in compliance with internal standards and external obligations. - Implement use case governance frameworks and risk mitigation protocols, ensuring adherence to internal policies. - Conduct impact analysis, prioritize use cases, and document necessary details at tollgates. - Monitor use case lifecycle KPIs, prepare reports, and escalate issues when required. - Collaborate with cross-line of business projects and enhance governance models for transparency and compliance. - Facilitate stakeholder workshops, share knowledge, and identify improvement opportunities. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in AI/ML lifecycle management, data governance, or project management in the BFSI industry. - Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and champion governance principles. - Conduct governance risk assessments, identify risks, and articulate actions concisely. - Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and the EU AI Act. In addition, preferred qualifications include knowledge of Data Governance, Data Protection, and experience with AI tools/platforms such as Azure AI and AWS Sage Maker. Hands-on experience in regulated environments and familiarity with AWS, SQL, Python, or data science would be advantageous for this role.,
