Get data and AI driven and see yourself at DvSum. Qualification At least 12 years' combined experience in Data Management and AI consulting as Presales Solutions Lead. Prior Presales Solutions experience for market leading SaaS product. Minimum qualification - Bachelor of Engineering with MBA. Ability to join in 30 days (preferred). Required Skill Set Exceptional storytelling and communication skills (written and oral). Experience in technical components, integration, design and architecture of solution. Experience working with Sales Leaders and Channel Partners on new customer acquisition and closing deals. Ability to develop and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders Ability to successfully articulate value proposition. Influence customer through exceptional communication regarding DvSum solution capabilities. Ability to work independently on presales RFP, RFI, RFQ in the domain of Data Management and Gen AI. Requirement elicitation, ability to design solution based on customer requirements, configure DvSum SaaS product, conduct PoC and Pilot presales projects. Exceptional presentation skills for solution, PoC, product capabilities Strong knowledge in the field of Data Management (Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Engineering) and Gen AI. Excellent project management skills. Multi industry (retail, telecom, healthcare etc.) project experience preferred. Job Description / Responsibilities We have an open position for Presales Solutions Leader in DvSum. Reporting to the Head of DvSum India, this role will lead Global Presales activities along with DvSum Sales or Channel Partners to acquire new customers and projects. Presales Leader will work with Sales to provide DvSum solution proposition to potential customers. This role will align customer needs with DvSum product capabilities, design and configure solution, provide solution demonstration, conduct PoC, deliver to customer expectation which ultimately will result in successful closure. The Presales Leader will be responsible for managing presales activities comprising DvSum product platform and services. Critical responsibilities Manage customer requirements, perform business analysis, elicit customer requirements, create solution design, drive solution presentation sessions . Navigate ambiguity during customer acquisition phase leading to successful closure of deals. Conduct PoCs, Pilot projects, configure DvSum SaaS product to demonstrate proposed solution. Work with different technologies to achieve solution goals. Work with DvSum Channel Partners on different customer pursuits. Effectively manage Partner relationship. Work collaboratively with DvSum internal stakeholders and teams. Provide guidance to different teams on solution development for customers. Based on customer location (i.e. U.S), Presales Leader will be required to work late evening India time to have an overlap with customer time zone. Desired profile of the candidate Leadership ability with exceptional customer management skills Exceptional communication skills both written and oral Dynamic, confident personality, quick learner with the ability to successfully execute multiple projects Ability to work under pressure. Ability to navigate ambiguity Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Multi industry domain knowledge in telecom, healthcare, retail etc. Ability to work across cultures and geographies Work Location: Remote working allowed.
