Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Analyze consumer data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that strengthen CRM, campaign performance, and marketing outcomes
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Power BI (or similar tools) to track marketing effectiveness and provide visibility to stakeholders • Implement and maintain data quality rules, profiling techniques and assessment processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of data • Perform automated and manual data quality checks, address anomalies and maintain data definitions and business glossaries • Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, metadata management, data harmonization • Ensure alignment of data standards, structures, and governance practices across markets and functions • Implement and maintain data cataloguing tools (e.g., Collibra, Purview) and centralized documentation repositories (SharePoint, Confluence) • Ensure secure documentation, sensitive data handling, and adherence to governance and regulatory requirements • Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes and deliver more relevant, timely, and impactful marketing insights

Preferred candidate profile

Data Management , data governance,Collibra or Informatica or Purview ( any one) Power BI, CRM, data quality.
