Data Governance SME

As a Data Governance Subject Matter Expert (SME) at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective data governance practices within client organizations. Your responsibilities will include: - Documenting core data governance framework deliverables such as the operating model, organization roles & responsibilities, policies, standards, use cases, and performance metrics - Documenting client organization's direction, structure, business processes, and requirements related to data creation and maintenance - Analyzing business objectives to understand governance needs and propose solutions considering timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality - Identifying cross impacts to other systems/initiatives/capabilities and providing guidance and training on data governance framework - Creating, consolidating, and presenting documents on use cases, policies, processes, standards, and guidelines with traceability back to requirements - Participating in design reviews, change control processes, and carrying out project support/administrative functions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to travel as per client demands Minimum Skills Required: - 8+ years of experience defining and implementing Data Governance Programs - 6+ years of experience with Data Governance Tools and Platforms, mainly Microsoft Purview - 7+ years of experience managing small projects with skills in status reporting, risk & issue management, resource and budget management - 3+ years of experience working with MDM tools - 2+ years of engagement management experience - Bachelor's degree in business or related field Preferences: - Consulting experience, especially in industry-specific sectors such as FSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
