Job Description

Role & responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Issuer Services' data management framework. Define and promote data principles, standards, and best practices. Represent the Data Office in enterprise-wide data initiatives. Identify key data attributes and implement quality controls. Support data governance tools, processes, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance on data governance issues and resolutions. Work with business and tech teams on analysis, documentation, and data roadmaps. Evaluate and recommend objectives to advance data management services. Preferred candidate profile Strong stakeholder, team, and project management skills. Experienced in Agile (scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement). Solid background in data governance, management, and best practices. Skilled in enterprise data processes, database, and schema design. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Tools: Collibra, Solidatus, Excel; large data sets. Domain experience in banking/financial services, especially issuer services.
