Role Description (Location Oman)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the

  Collibra Data Governance Platform

  (workflows, domains, data models, policies).
• Oversee daily Collibra operations, performance, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Lead integrations between Collibra and enterprise systems (ETL, DWH, APIs).
• Ensure metadata ingestion, data lineage, and data quality checkpoints.
• Support and train data owners, stewards, and SMEs on governance processes.
• Implement governance standards and frameworks (DAMA / DCAM).
• Support audits, compliance, and platform adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.

• Hands-on Collibra administration experience (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of metadata management, APIs, SQL, ETL pipelines.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations and translating business needs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Experience:

• 68 years in data governance implementations.
• Enterprise-level Collibra deployment experience.
• Telecom/DWH/BI background.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Collibra Certifications (Ranger/Professional) preferred.
