Data Governance Analyst

Job Description

Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: PAN India Experience: 6 to 10 years Key Responsibilities Assist developers in implementing enterprise data governance and management tools (Data Catalog, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Master Data Management). Conduct testing and validation of data governance tools/processes to ensure compliance with standards. Monitor deployment practices and enforce governance guardrails. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements meet acceptance criteria related to data governance frameworks, data dictionary, metadata, and access controls. Ensure remediation plans are implemented for data failing governance standards. Support business owners and data stewards in resolving enterprise data issues using industry standards. Communicate changes, issues, and business impacts clearly within the team. (Good to have) Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. 5+ years in data governance, data quality, data migration, or data preparation. Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Informatica CDGC, Axon EDC, IDQ. Experience working with Agile methodologies. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams. Good To Have Understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS Data Lake, S3, Glue, Snowflake). Knowledge of BI tools like ThoughtSpot, PowerBI. Experience in Real Estate industry (preferred).
