Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-driven Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Spare Crux Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and managing accurate data records, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input and manage data in our systems and databases. Verify and update information to maintain data accuracy and consistency. Generate and review reports for discrepancies or errors. Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information. Collaborate with the team to streamline data workflows. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management tools. Strong typing skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with database software or ERP systems. Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing processes is an advantage. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
