Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Image Annotation Specialist to join our dynamic data operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously identifying and labeling objects within images according to specific project guidelines. Your work is a critical first step in the AI development pipeline, directly impacting the performance and accuracy of computer vision models. The ideal candidate is observant, patient, and possesses a strong aptitude for repetitive, detail-focused tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately identify and label objects in large volumes of images using our specialized software tools.
• Create precise

  around specified objects (e.g., poles, vehicles, pedestrians).
• Perform detailed

  polygon segmentation

• Ensure all annotations meet strict quality standards and project-specific requirements.
• Review and correct annotations from other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with team leads to understand project guidelines and resolve any ambiguities.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for annotation volume and quality.
• Provide feedback to the engineering team on ways to improve annotation tools and workflows.
