Job Title: Data Entry Specialist / Computer Operator

Location: Bhopal, IT Park, Gandhi Nagar

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to handle administrative tasks, data extraction, documentation, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills and good knowledge of computers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination.

Perform accurate and fast typing for reports, documents, and data entry.

Conduct data extraction, maintain records, and organize information efficiently.

Assist with internal communication and documentation processes.

Maintain files, reports, and administrative databases.

Support management with office tasks and ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate with internal teams for admin-related requirements.

Required Skills

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Experience in data extraction and documentation.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage tasks independently and responsibly.

Qualifications

Any Graduate.

6 month-1 year of experience in administration / data entry / office coordination.
