Job Description

The Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity of our information and supporting various departments across the organization. You will work closely with other team members to ensure data quality and contribute to a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data from various sources into our database systems.
Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data privacy regulations.
Organize and manage electronic and physical files.
Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
Assist with data cleansing and quality control initiatives.
Generate reports and summaries as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency.
Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly data entry targets.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy (minimum 40-50 words per minute).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with data entry software and databases is a plus.
