Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to our pharmaceutical operations, including sales records, inventory, production details, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in company databases and ERP systems.
• Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation related to inventory, sales, and production.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and consistency.
• Identify and correct data entry errors promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BCA, B.Sc preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good typing speed (minimum 30–40 words per minute).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in data entry or back-office work (preferably in the pharma industry) will be an advantage.
