Job Title: Data Entry Executive (MS Office Expert)Location: Jaipur Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Entry Executive who is detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently while preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and verify data in databases and spreadsheets. Prepare and format reports, letters, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all company data. Organize, review, and clean data for consistency and completeness. Generate Excel reports, summaries, and charts for management. Handle general administrative and documentation support as needed. Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of data tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles (freshers with good MS Office skills can apply). Strong command of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts), Word, and PowerPoint. Fast and accurate typing skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability. Good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Google Sheets or Google Docs is an advantage.
