Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Industry: Gems & Jewellery

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and manage daily/weekly reports as required by management.
Maintain organized records of production, inventory, and orders.
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and information updates.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data.
Identify and report any data discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in data entry or clerical roles.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & basic computer operations.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
Experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Reliable and disciplined with a positive work attitude.
Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
