Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tally / Data Entry Executive to manage data entry, accounting records, and daily transactions using Tally ERP. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally software, and excellent typing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Generate and verify invoices, vouchers, and bills.
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
• Maintain data backups and ensure confidentiality of company information.
• Support the finance team with audit documentation and reporting requirements.
• Perform routine data entry, filing, and documentation tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field.
• 1 years of experience in data entry or accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
