Maintain and update company records and databases accurately.
Oversee inventory management, including recording stock levels and
monitoring supplies.
Keep detailed records of sales, purchases, and inventory reports.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Assist with administrative tasks and back-office support for the
factory team.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective workflow.
Manage labeling and printing work for products and supplies.
Support production work as needed, ensuring materials are ready and
organized.
Maintain inventory levels, including tracking stock, labeling, and
organizing materials for production.
Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and properly filed for easy

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related
field
2.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
