Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry OperatorJob Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. This role requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems with high accuracy.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any issues.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
Retrieve data from databases or files as requested.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
Generate reports and perform data quality checks as required.
Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of data and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
Proven experience as Data Entry Operator or similar role preferred.
Excellent typing speed (35–45 wpm) with high accuracy.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
High attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with ERP or CRM software.
Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting.

Work Environment

Office-based role with regular interaction with internal departments.
May require handling large volumes of data and repetitive tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
