Job Description: Data Entry Operator (HR & Admin)

1. Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator (DEO) to support our HR and Admin department. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage and maintain employee and administrative data systematically. Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an added advantage.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Documentation

  • Enter and update employee information in HRMS/Excel databases.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly HR & admin reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee files and documentation.

HR Support

  • Assist HR in recruitment documentation, joining formalities, and record management.
  • Update employee performance, training, and appraisal records.
  • Support payroll data preparation (attendance, overtime, deductions, etc.).

Administration Support

  • Maintain administrative records such as purchase registers, visitor logs, stock registers, and office inventory.
  • Coordinate with departments for document collection and verification.
  • Assist in preparing letters, circulars, notices, and company forms.

Compliance & Filing

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
  • Ensure proper documentation for audits, statutory compliance, and inspections.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 30–40 WPM preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with data entry tools or HRMS systems is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

4. Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry, HR support, or admin roles (manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Basic understanding of HR and administrative processes.

5. Working Conditions

  • Office-based role within manufacturing plant/administrative block.
  • Standard working hours; overtime may be required during peak workload (e.g., payroll, audits).

6. Compensation

  • As per industry standards and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
