Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Enter player registrations, match schedules, and results into tournament software/databases.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Generate reports, score sheets, and performance summaries as required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive participant information.
Coordinate with referees, volunteers, and coordinators for real-time updates.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to data entry systems.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and/or tournament management software.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines.
Good communication skills for coordination with event staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is desirable.
Familiarity with sports/tournament software will be an advantage.
