Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into computer systems and databases
• Verify and correct data before and after entry
• Update existing records as needed
• Maintain data confidentiality and security
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Perform regular backups of data
• Generate reports as required
• Coordinate with other departments for data clarification
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies
• Maintain files and records in both physical and digital formats
• Must have 2 wheelers will have to visit market for purchase of items

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Must know how to email with basic mailing skills and etiquettes
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and the internet
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
