Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to support our team by efficiently managing and entering data related to production, inventory, and other business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good typing skills, and basic proficiency in data management tools. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data in company databases and ERP systems with accuracy Maintain and verify records of production, inventory, and sales transactions Assist in generating reports and organising digital files Coordinate with different departments to collect and input relevant information Identify and correct any data entry errors Perform general office tasks related to data entry, like filing, organising digital files Identify weak links in the Textile process house and suggest improvements Collaborate with senior management to improve accountability and tracking systems Skills: Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in any field Experience: 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative or Management Roles Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry software Typing Speed: Good typing speed with accuracy Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure data accuracy Communication Skills: Basic written and verbal communication skills Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines For Experienced Candidates: Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset. Ability to resolve discrepancies and issues related to data entry independently.
