Job Description

Responsibilities: Data Input & Management: Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources (e.g., physical documents, scanned images, audio recordings, handwritten notes) into designated computer systems, spreadsheets, or databases. Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry, correcting any errors or discrepancies identified. Update existing data records with new information as required. Ensure consistency and proper formatting of data across all entries. Data Verification & Cleaning: Perform regular checks to ensure data completeness and detect inconsistencies. Identify and correct errors, missing information, or outdated data. Assist in data cleansing activities to improve data quality. Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents in a systematic manner. Scan and upload documents as per established procedures. Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive data and information. Reporting (Basic): Generate basic reports on data entry progress or data verification status as requested. Maintain daily logs of work completed. Adherence to Procedures: Strictly adhere to data entry guidelines, company policies, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR if applicable, or local data privacy norms). Maintain required data entry speed and accuracy targets. Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding data-related queries or issues. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential for understanding local documents and team communication. Good English proficiency is beneficial for system interfaces and some documentation.
