Data Entry Executive - BPO

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in our systems. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, attention to detail, and the ability to work with basic computer applications.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• 1+ years of experience data entry experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in the company database or spreadsheets.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Correct errors and maintain quality standards.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Generate basic reports when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle data securely.
• Coordinate with team members for any clarifications.
