Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our databases and systems. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Review data for errors or missing information and correct any inconsistencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.
• Organize and manage files and records efficiently.
• Perform basic administrative tasks when required.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding delivery-related tasks, requiring effective communication skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
• Good typing speed and accuracy (preferred 35–40 WPM or higher).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Canva and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
