Data Entry Executive

Amcodr Pvt Ltd is looking for a Data Entry Executive to support our IT operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing and maintaining data related to clients, projects, and internal systems. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and basic technical understanding to work efficiently in an IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

· Accurately enter and update data in company systems, CRMs, and project management tools

· Maintain and organize digital records related to clients, projects, and internal tasks

· Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency

· Prepare regular data reports and summaries for management review

· Coordinate with development and HR teams for data-related requirements

· Assist in creating and maintaining Excel/Google Sheet reports

· Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

· Strong typing speed and accuracy

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

· Basic understanding of IT systems, software tools, or CRMs

· Good communication and organizational skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

· Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
