Job Description: Data Entry Personnel for Preparing Quotes and Invoices Position: Data Entry Personnel Location: Reay Road - Mumbai ( South Mumbai - Nearby station is Reay Road / Byculla ) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 2 Years or above Preferred Salary: 18K to 25K Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately enter customer details, product specifications, and pricing into the system. Create, format, and finalize quotes and invoices as per company standards. Ensure proper documentation of all transactions for audit purposes. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with the sales and accounts team to verify customer requirements and order details. Address discrepancies or missing information promptly by liaising with relevant departments. Quality Assurance: Double-check all quotes and invoices for accuracy and completeness before finalizing. Maintain compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and client requirements. Record Keeping: Maintain an organized system for storing quotes and invoices for easy retrieval. Regularly update databases and records to reflect the latest information. Administrative Support: Assist in other administrative tasks, including filing, email correspondence, and generating reports. Support the team with ad-hoc data entry and clerical tasks as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Graduation in any field. Experience: Prior experience in data entry, invoicing, or administrative roles preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with accounting/invoicing software (SAP) Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute with high accuracy. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication in English Why Join Us?
