About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Accurately enter data from source documents into the company system 2. Ensure the integrity and quality of data input by reviewing for errors 3. Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and PHI compliance guidelines 4. Support internal departments by managing data related to patient records, insurance details, and medical claims 5. Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks 6. Coordinate with team leads for task clarification and workflow updates 7. Maintain proper documentation and timely updates in logs or spreadsheets as per SOPs Note: Night Shift. Prior data entry experience in healthcare or back-office preferred (not mandatory) 5. Must be available to work from the Guindy, Chennai office (day shift) 6. Willingness to learn medical billing processes is a plus 7.
