Job Description

  • A Data Entry Administrator inputs, updates, and maintains information in databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy. Key responsibilities include verifying data, correcting errors, organizing digital and paper files, and generating reports. Essential skills are a strong attention to detail, proficiency with computer software like Microsoft Office, and good communication.

  • Data input: Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources, such as paper documents, into computer systems and databases.
  • Data verification: Review and cross-check information to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Data management: Update existing records and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and electronic files.
  • Error correction: Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.
  • Report generation: Create and export reports and summaries from the database as requested by management.
  • File organization: Sort, organize, and maintain both paper and digital files securely.
  • Support and communication: Collaborate with other departments to gather information, respond to inquiries, and provide administrative support.
  • Data backup: Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and security. Required skills and qualifications
