This job opening is for a Data Analyst specializing in Telecommunications and Voice, focusing on supporting cloud platform migration by analyzing legacy data and leveraging AI. Key responsibilities include providing voice platform support during US daytime hours, advanced data analysis for the 2025 Enterprise Voice Initiative, and complex data manipulation using AI. Required qualifications emphasize advanced data analysis skills, expert Excel proficiency, multi-source data integration, responsible AI use, customer service, clear stakeholder communication, project orientation, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Voice platform support to employees during US daytime Hours 8CST - 4CST
  • Advance Data Analysis supporting 2025 E2T Enterprise Voice Initiative workstreams: Desk phone and VG replacements, Buildout of WXC POC environment, Production migration planning and communication, production tracking and reporting mechanisms, Production site migrations 1.
  • Complex data manipulation leveraging AI for reviewing and validating files

Qualifications:

  • Advanced data analysis and technical capabilities
  • Expert-level Excel skills - Advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros.
  • SQL Querying databases, joins, aggregations.
  • Python or R – Data cleaning, analysis, and visualization (e.g., using pandas, matplotlib, seaborn).
  • Data Visualization Tools – Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerShell
  • Statistics & Probability – Hypothesis testing, distributions, regression analysis.
  • Data Cleaning & Wrangling – Handling missing data, outliers, and formatting issues
  • Ability to extract data from various platforms and identify trends - Microsoft Teams, Webex Calling, Cisco Call Manager, and other supported platforms and provide accurate, actionable insights
  • Responsible use of AI to enhance efficiency and innovation
