Data Engineer with Power B

As a BI & Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building scalable data solutions, insightful dashboards, and business-driven data products. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with business stakeholders to understand BI and data product requirements. - Identifying the right sources of data and collaborating with business data analysts to comprehend the data. - Acquiring the necessary data in CDL (Azure Corporate Data Lake) platform. - Developing data transformation using DataBricks to create the required data sets and products. - Creating data visualizations in Power BI by leveraging the data in CDL. - Providing support for the developed solutions and ensuring user satisfaction through continuous monitoring. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders, to align solutions with business goals. - Documenting processes, data flows, and technical solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference. - Ensuring data quality, governance, and security compliance in all deliverables. - Troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing long-term fixes. - Staying updated with new features of Azure, Databricks, and Power BI to propose innovative solutions. - Conducting training or knowledge transfer sessions for business teams when necessary. Technical Must-Have Skills: - Azure Data Factory - DataBricks - Power BI (including DAX queries) - SQL - Good command over English communication (Mandatory) - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Experience in designing scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows Technical Good-to-Have Skills: - Microsoft Azure (ADF, Synapse, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, etc.) - Data Stage - MicroStrategy - Lean & Agile methodologies - Exposure to CI/CD for data solutions - Knowledge of data modeling and dimensional design - Understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance frameworks Additionally, you should possess skills in Power BI, Business Intelligence, Azure Data Factory, DataBricks, DAX, SQL, ETL, and Azure Corporate Data Lake to excel in this role.,
