About Position:

Experienced Data Engineer with over 5 years of expertise in building scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, AWS, and Airflow. Skilled in designing robust architectures, improving data quality, and driving insights in agile, stakeholder-driven environments—preferably within the life sciences domain.

What You'll Do:

• Designing, creating, testing and maintaining the complete data management & processing systems.
• Working closely with the stakeholders & solution architect.
• Ensuring architecture meets the business requirements.
• Building highly scalable, robust & fault-tolerant systems.
• Discovering data acquisitions opportunities
• Finding ways & methods to find value out of existing data.
• Improving data quality, reliability & efficiency of the individual components & the complete system.
• Creating data models to reduce system complexities and hence increase efficiency & reduce cost.
• Setting & achieving individual as well as the team goal.
• Problem solving mindset working in agile environment

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Must have knowledge and working experience in Databricks, PySpark and in AWS, Apache Airflow, ETL, SQL
• Nice to Have – Life science
• domain experience (Pharma), Redshift, BI Tools (Tableau/Power BI)
