Job Description

Looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team at MASSMUTUAL GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES INDIA LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement data pipelines and architectures to support business intelligence and analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain large-scale data systems and databases.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through data validation and testing procedures.
Optimize data processing workflows to improve performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data engineering.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
Excellent programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C++.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
