Job Description

Overview Organized and detail-oriented Data Curator to join our AI development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the datasets used to train and validate our state-of-the-art AI algorithms for X-ray image analysis. The candidate should be adhering to the schedules, standards and quality processes and procedures of the Organization. Responsibilities Acquire and organizeX-ray image datasets from various sources ensuring high-quality and relevance to project goals. Annotate and labelimages accurately to assist in the training of machine learning models for object detection and classification. Maintain data integrityby implementing quality control processes, verifying data consistency, and ensuring proper data storage and backup procedures. Collaborate with AI researchersto understand algorithm requirements and provide curated datasets that enhance model performance. Documentdataset characteristics, curation processes, and version control to ensure reproducibility and compliance with data governance standards. Stay updatedon the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data curation to continuously improve data management practices. Travel for data collection, troubleshooting, and operational observation. Specific Knowledge and Skills Candidates should have experience in the following skills and technologies: Proven experience in data curation, database management, or a similar role. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in image analysis is a plus. Proficiency in data annotation tools and software is a plus. Familiarity with python programming language is a plus. Experience in the Non-Intrusive Inspection industry is a plus. Complete assigned tasks on-time and in accordance with the appropriate process Soft Skills Ability to accomplish assigned tasks without supervisioN Excellent verbal/written communication skills with very good collaborative skillS Good documentation skills and software process discipline. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Self initiative and self managed. Qualifications BSc/M.Sc in Data Science or related qualification.
