Field marketing , data generation from field workGood in communication preferably Bengali, Hindi & EnglishGood in tackling the pressure & Targets OrientedMust have the negotiation & convincing skillsMust be ready to work on fieldCapable to handle the HNIs visiting at Public Amenities/ UtilitiesAbility to turn prospect as customerMust be goal congruentUnderstanding the customers profile from Sales aspects on siteShould be enthusiastic and excellent to work for long tenurePrior onsite customer interaction experience would be an added advantage
