Company : Clover Infotech Work Location - Chennai ( Mount Round) Working days - All working days work from office only (No Hybrid nor remote) We are hiring for Senior Service Delivery Manager / Data Center Operations lead MANDATORY - Working with Domestic BFSI customers. Role In brief Over 20 + years extensive experience in IT Service Delivery/ Data Centre operations portfolio Expertise in setting out delivery standards for various operational areas, implementing quality systems & procedures to facilitate a high-quality experience, while adhering to the SLA and business services Engaged with clients & top management for evolving strategic vision, driving change, building product/ services roadmap, infusing new ideas, implementing emerging technologies; identified opportunities for process streamlining, optimizations & automations Delivered customer projects, resource management, infrastructure analysis, requirements scoping, design, development, implementation, operation, customization and support for mission-critical BFSI systems . Should have exposure on technologies like Database, Middleware, OS & Virtualization. Expert in ITIL key processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management aspects). Risk management and Disaster recovery management aspects. Should have experience dealing with team members at ground level on the Infra projects and understands bottlenecks and identify solutions for the same
