Data Architect
In This Role, You Will
- Day to day oversight and guidance of the Global Procurement Data Architecture, Communicate the value of Data Architecture
- Support line the Global Function as a subject matter experts as we build out the Global Procurement data model
- Support tactical implementations with relevant expertise and insight around Global Procurement data
- Act as a broker between relevant stakeholders to connect people from across the organisation
- Support the development and implementation of architecture strategy and standards pertinent to the domain
- Adopt new practices, processes, operating model, techniques, products, services, technologies and standards where needed against identified use cases, via the appropriate governance bodies
- Act as the recognized data expert associated with the relevant domain, accountable design authority for data decisions and leadership of the appropriate governance bodies
To be successful you will
- Data Platforms, Data Models, Data Tooling, Data Management and Governance
- Trusted Sources, Usage and Flow, Analytics, Visualization, Data Quality and Integrity, extensive knowledge of Data domain: Party Data, Relationship constructs and associated sub-domains
- Detailed knowledge of and experience in Financial Markets Supplier and Client data. If not all two are available, the candidate must display good knowledge of complex (multi-party) Supplier arrangements.
- Excellent attention to detail, proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, strong communication skills (written and verbal), excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working under pressure, at pace, and to strict deadlines, Overall responsibility for supervising a department or a business unit/area team or manages delivery for most complex assignments.
- Motivates matrix groups of peer stakeholders, drives success and delivery from the Global Procurement Architecture team
- Thought leadership on how the Global Procurement data architecture can solve business issues
