Position Summary

Data Analytics Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs on

  Data Analytics

  , including tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau.
• Conduct

  classroom, virtual, and hands-on lab sessions

  for learners at varying skill levels.
• Create and update training materials, presentations, use-case documents, and assessments.
  
• Provide

  individual mentoring

  , track learner progress, and support them in assignments and real-time projects.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends in analytics, data visualization, and industry best practices.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training content with industry requirements.
  
• Support in conducting

  workshops, webinars, and corporate training sessions

  when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience

  in Data Analytics or related training roles.
• Strong knowledge of:
  

• Excel (Advanced)

• SQL (queries, joins, aggregations, data cleaning)

• Python for Data Analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn)

• Data Visualization

  tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Good understanding of data preprocessing, EDA, reporting, and BI concepts.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
  
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners and intermediate learners.
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with

  Machine Learning fundamentals
