Job Overview:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to help drive informed decision-making across the organization
This role involves working closely with various departments to identify trends, generate reports, and present actionable insights that can improve business operations The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a solid understanding of statistical analysis

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection Preparation:
Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis

Data Analysis:
Apply statistical methods and data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help improve business performance

Reporting Dashboards:
Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to key stakeholders in a clear and actionable way

Collaboration:
Work closely with departments such as marketing, finance, operations, and sales to understand business objectives and provide data-driven insights

Data Modelling:
Develop and implement data models to predict future trends and inform decision-making processes

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving data collection, reporting processes, and business strategies based on findings

Tool Utilization:
Use various analytics tools and software (eg Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc) to perform data analysis and create reports

Problem Solving:
Address complex data-related issues and provide solutions to challenges within the organization s processes

Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to- with the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and trends in the industry

Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelling techniques

Experience with data visualization tools to present findings clearly

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field

Experience:
