Data Collection & Analysis Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources (Google Analytics, Shopify, CRM, ERP, social media, etc.). Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units. E-commerce & Sales Insights Analyze customer journeys, conversion rates, and sales funnel performance. Optimize online merchandising strategies based on data insights. Evaluate the impact of promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns on revenue and profitability. Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization Provide demand forecasting insights to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts or overstocking. Support the supply chain team with data-driven decision-making on procurement and logistics. Marketing & Customer Analytics Track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, email, influencer marketing). Segment customers based on buying behavior, demographics, and engagement. Business Performance & Strategy Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement through deep dives into data. Present insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and fashion market dynamics.
