Job Title: BI Developer / Data Analyst

Location: Bengaluru (Karnataka), Noida (Uttar Pradesh)

Mode of Interviews: 2 rounds (Virtual)

Experience Brackets & Compensation

4–6 years: Up to ₹18–20 LPA (based on profile & exposure).

6–8 years: Up to ₹28 LPA (based on profile & exposure).

Joining Requirement

Immediate joiners preferred.

Maximum 15–20 days post-selection.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BI Developer / Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, T-SQL, Data Warehousing (DWH), ETL, and MSBI (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration and BI solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Integrate heterogeneous data sources into enterprise DW & BI solutions.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ETL processes and BI solutions using MSBI tools (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS).

Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.

Implement dimensional modeling concepts and build OLAP schemas, attributes, facts, and metrics.

Create and maintain documentation, data flow diagrams, and architecture designs.

Collaborate with business teams, developers, and technical staff in an agile environment.

Support activities such as source system analysis, business model design, UAT, and project management.

(Good to have) Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau / Power BI.

Ensure data quality through source code versioning, best practices, and standardized processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 4–8 years (Minimum 3+ years of relevant BI/DWH/ETL experience).

Core Skills:

SQL, T-SQL (hands-on, mandatory).

Data Warehousing concepts & ETL.

MSBI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).

Additional Skills (Good to Have): Tableau, Power BI.

Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and BI concepts.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
