RP2 Education Institute is looking for an experienced Data Analyst Trainer (Faculty) to train students on data analytics concepts, tools, and techniques. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in data analysis, statistics, and visualization, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring students. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality training sessions on data analysis, visualization, and related technologies. Teach tools like Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau. Guide students through hands-on projects, case studies, and real-world datasets. Develop curriculum, training materials, and assessments as per industry standards. Provide career guidance and mentor students on industry trends and job opportunities. Conduct mock interviews and assist students in preparing for job placements. Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics and integrate them into training programs. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role. Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Prior experience in teaching/training is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying backgrounds. Preferred: Certifications in data analytics (Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, etc.). Experience in corporate training or online education platforms.
