This trainee position is perfect for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization. You will work on real-time projects and contribute to data-driven decisions across departments. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured datasets to provide insights. Develop dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Collaborate on the creation and automation of reporting systems and business KPIs. Clean, validate, and prepare datasets using Excel, SQL, or Python/R. Support various business teams with data-driven insights and recommendations. Document processes, insights, and methodologies in a clear and readable format. Required Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and at least one language/tool (SQL, Python, or R). Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio). Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate insights clearly. Preferred Skills Previous project or internship experience in data analytics or reporting. Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and data storytelling.
