Data Analyst

Your tasks

• Acting as a subject-matter expert in IT tool usage and adoption analytics, collaborating with both IT and business stakeholders
• Designing and delivering enterprise-level dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Azure with a focus on UX and adoption
• Building and maintaining data models, ETL pipelines, and integrations using Power Query, DAX, SQL, and Python/PySpark
• Analyzing data from multiple sources to identify usage trends, adoption gaps, and optimization opportunities
• Applying advanced analytics and machine learning to predict adoption trends and improve IT tool utilization
• Defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs on IT service adoption, performance, and user engagement
• Ensuring data governance, quality, and security across all analytics solutions
• Driving automation and efficiency using Power Automate and Azure services
• Communicating technical insights in clear, business-oriented language to enable data-driven decisions
  

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in consulting or enterprise IT environments
• Proven expertise in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modeling, Fabric)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and practical experience with Python or PySpark for data transformation
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration methods
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies (LLMs, Machine Learning, Data Science)
• Experience with automation tools like Power Automate and Azure Data Services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
• UX-focused mindset for dashboard design and data visualization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset

• Experience designing high-adoption enterprise dashboards
• Familiarity with IT service management and service adoption metrics
• Awareness of data governance and compliance best practices
