Purpose of the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs and analytical solutions. This techno-functional position gives you the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, gain deep insights into the retail portfolio, and implement analytical frameworks and models that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope business requirements and align them with analytical priorities.
• Explore and interpret data fields from multiple source systems and marts to derive actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and implement robust analytical solutions and models.
• Apply new-age algorithms and computational methods to improve decision-making frameworks.
• Conduct case reviews and innovate with new variable ideas to refine models.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability by creating processes and controls for data and analysis.
• Build understanding of model governance and track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to challenge the status quo and improve existing processes.
• Understand the end-to-end impact of analytics on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc), Technology (B.Tech), or Computer Applications (BCA).
• Master’s degree in Science (M.Sc), Technology (M.Tech), or Computer Applications (MCA) preferred.
