The Role We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support ERP system migration projects. You will be responsible for analyzing, transforming, and ensuring smooth data migration from legacy systems to new ERP platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end data migration for ERP implementation projects.Analyze, map, and transform legacy system data into ERP-compatible formats.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the migration process.Collaborate with IT and business teams to define data mapping and validation rules.Develop and implement data quality control procedures to prevent errors.Perform pre-migration testing and support post-migration troubleshooting.Generate reports and insights to support business decisions related to ERP migration. Required Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.Experience in data migration processes, ideally within ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, etc.).Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data transformation techniques.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
