In this role, you will work directly with our Data Science, Product and Engineering teams to analyze and improve our Phenomenal products for our Phenomenal clients.Have you ever collected your own dataset because you were so curious about some problem? Do you have experience asking why and how to get to the heart of a dataset? Have you ever helped an executive make a million dollar decision? Would you like to?ResponsibilitiesUse SQL to analyze, hypothesize, and solve complex business challenges, as well as to identify and visualize novel opportunities for growth.Should be willing to work on BI tools like “Looker” and “Superset”Extract and report data using database queries with a preference for cloud experience, pipeline automation, and scalable analytics.Use statistical modeling and prediction techniques to drive actionable insights.Demonstrate curiosity and a problem-solving, research mindset.Work independently with minimal supervision and communicate your findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation using tools Excel, Python, or R.Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and deliver insights on performance.Design and execute A/B tests and evaluate their outcomes statistically.Communicate findings clearly through visualizations and presentations to technical and non-technical audiencesEnsure data integrity and accuracy by adhering to best practices in data governance and documentationBenefitsWe want you to be your best self and to pursue your passions!
