Role Description
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role within the product team at myKaarma, working to transform raw data into accurate, insightful reports and dashboards that guide product team decisions, deliver value to dealership users, and optimize operational processes. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy across all reports, performing in-depth statistical analyses to uncover correlations, and creating dashboards and reports that track KPIs for both internal and external stakeholders and will collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams to achieve greater transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across myKaarma’s product ecosystem. This role offers the chance to work with a talented team and develop expertise in automotive SaaS, B2B data analytics, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy across all reports, including troubleshooting of existing reports.
- Dive deep into company data to understand the domain, uncover relationships between variables, and apply statistical analysis techniques to conduct correlation studies.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs across product usage and performance, for a diverse set of B2B customers.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer strategic business questions, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with engineers to automate recurring data processes and reports to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams to understand data needs.
- Maintain clear documentation for data sources, metrics definitions, and analysis methodologies.
- Share best practices, tools, and techniques with peers to promote a data-driven culture across myKaarma.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Strong statistical analysis skills, including experience conducting correlation studies and interpreting results
- Proven ability to translate datasets into actionable insights that support decision-making
- Proficiency in querying languages such as SQL and BigQuery for data extraction and transformation
- Skilled in using data visualization tools to design clear, insightful dashboards and reports for diverse audiences

The starting salary range for this role is
