About Us: Lotus Motors is an authorized Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle Dealership located in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. With a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, we deliver a range of commercial vehicles and services to businesses and transporters across the region. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to help drive data-backed decision-making across departments. Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to help optimize business performance across sales, service, spare parts, and finance operations. The ideal candidate will turn data into information, information into insights, and insights into business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly data related to vehicle sales, service, inventory, and customer feedback Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to gather data and improve reporting processes Monitor KPIs and create alerts for key metrics Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems Generate performance and forecast reports for management reviews and Tata Motors reporting Assist with CRM and DMS data handling Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL (preferred) Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation abilities Experience in the automobile or dealership industry is a plus but not mandatory What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to work with one of India’s leading commercial vehicle brands Exposure to end-to-end dealership operations and business analytics A supportive team and a growth-oriented environment Location: Lotus Motors, Bhilwara, Rajasthan Job Type: On-site, Full-Time Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) How to Apply: Submit your resume through Indeed or email us at (lotushr.blw@gmail.com) with the subject line “Application for Data Analyst – Lotus Motors”.
