Job Summary:

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (internal systems, third-party APIs, databases)
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets
• Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support business strategies
• Work closely with teams from Marketing, Product, and Operations to define key metrics
• Generate automated reports and tools to support decision-making processes
• Document processes, data flows, and data models

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Basic programming skills in Python or R (optional for junior roles, preferred for mid-level)
• Understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications (for experienced roles):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools
• Prior experience working in analytics for a tech, marketing, or finance company
